Lear 35 Depressurization Accident

A Part 135 corporate jet aircraft departed Sanford, Florida, and crashed in South Dakota. All communications with the airplane were lost approximately twenty minutes after take-off. The aircraft was intercepted by a military jet aircraft before the crash. That aircraft determined that the aircraft occupants were incapacitated. The NTSB found that the pressurization system of the Lear failed at high altitude.
