Lear 25C Air Ambulance Accident, Lexington, Kentucky

A Learjet 25C,  operating as an air ambulance, left the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport, and proceeded to the Lexington, Kentucky, airport. While landing, the crew attempted to deploy the thrust reversers to slow the aircraft, but they would not deploy. The aircraft ran off the end of the runway and burst into flames. One person was killed.
